Park Fun
We are not going to have many more days like this, so we are taking full advantage of them. Our weather is turning already with the feel of Fall being in the air. Also I have not even tried to venture out with just me and my sister- unless Joshua was at home to help with the kids. I did not think that I was up to it and ready. So the past few weeks my sister and I have gone to the park and different places with the kids and it has been alright and easy to handle. We hope to go more places during the winter to keep the kids occupied. My mom and sister surprised us by meeting Joshua and I at the park the other day. We had so much fun being able to be outside and enjoy the day.

Water Balloons
It seems like the boys are always asking to play in the water whether it is hot or not. This was done over a weekend when Grandma and Grandpa were home and it was hot outside. Stella does not like playing in the water, mabey next year. She did enjoy holding and carrying the water balloons all around. The boys have so much fun playing in the water whether its the sprinkler or with water balloons. The weather is going to be changing for fall and it will be a sad day when they can't play in the water anymore.

Our Father's Day
Our Father's Day was very relaxing and low key (seeing how I just had Fay). Joshua, Fay, and I all slept in while my parents took care of Stella and the boys. Joshua did go down and play with Paul, Peter, and Stella while Fay and I rested in the room. Usually we make a big meal for all of us to enjoy and eat as a family, but this year I ate in my room and the boys served me. It was nice to be pampered, but it felt weird being Father's Day. It also felt weird being away from the family and not helping out with anything. After dinner Joshua brought up Stella, Paul, and Peter up and we spent time as a family together and opened up the gifts that the kids got Joshua. Then they went back down stairs. I was able to spend some time with each of the kids separately during the day which was very nice as I missed all of them. Joshua said that I gave him the best present of all- little Fay. I am so glad that Joshua is my husband and that we get to share this life together. Here are some pictures of our day.

Easter Sunday
When we woke up on Easter, we were met with this:
This is not that uncommon in Colorado.

Then before we left, I took some pictures of the kids:
After church, we spent that rest of the time getting ready for our company. When they arrived we ate a yummy meal and enjoyed a time of fellowship. We also sang some praise songs and their daughter and Joshua played their violins. We also enjoyed being able to talk together and learn more about their family. What a blessed Easter we had with friends and family. Thank you God for sending Your Son to die on the cross and rise again.

The Days Before Easter
Our Easter started with us doing Easter baskets on Friday. Yes, we all still get Easter baskets, even the adults. The boys were so excited that I thought for sure that they were going to get sick. Stella even enjoyed seeing all the new things and crawling around looking and pulling things out of the other baskets. It was very hard to calm them down after that! It was a great beginning to a wonderful weekend.
The next day, Saturday, we all did different things part of the morning. My mom hid eggs around our front living room, filled with money, for the boy's to find after their naps. We also spent that time getting ready for tomorrow as we were going to have one of the families over to our home after church. Some of us also took advantage of the time and took naps as well. The boys loved finding the eggs. This year Paul understood about finding the eggs, but Peter needed alittle help. Even Stella got in on the action, with Daddy's help. After they were done, they put the money in their piggy banks (something that they love to do). Then, of course, they had to shake them. It sure was cute seeing them hunt eggs.
Later that day after the egg hunt and baths, we dyed eggs. This is always a challenge as the boys move around so much that its hard not to make a BIG mess. We love getting different kits and trying new things. The boys did a great job doing the eggs, but they were alittle rough as they would drop the eggs in the dye. We did not try dying with Stella, mabey next year. We sure did enjoy doing our normal traditions to celebrate Easter.
We can't wait to be able to go to church and worship with other believers on this special day that God has given to us.

Daddy Time
The boys love it when Joshua comes home from work. They get to do things with Joshua that I can't do with them. They also seem to have more energy when Daddy comes home as well.
